Welcome to Sensophore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting or purchasing from Sensophore LLC (“Sensophore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced here or presented at checkout.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.


1) Eligibility & Your Account

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country (18+ in most jurisdictions) to use the Services and make purchases.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it as needed.


2) Personal Use; No Resale Without Permission

Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. Any resale or distribution without our prior written consent is prohibited.











3) Product Information & Availability

  • We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, images, ingredients, and pricing; however, mistakes may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

  • All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Packaging may vary from that displayed.


4) Cosmetic Use Only; No Medical Advice

  • Sensophore products are cosmetic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Content on the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any skin concerns, conditions, or allergies.

  • We recommend patch-testing new products and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.


5) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, shipping restrictions, or policy violations).

  • If we cancel or cannot fulfill your order after charging your payment method, we will issue a refund for the affected items.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per person, household, or order.







6) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. International customers are responsible for any import duties or fees.

  • Promotional codes and offers are subject to terms indicated at the time of promotion and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

7) Payment & Billing

  • By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including shipping, taxes, and duties, if any.

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is true and complete.

  • We may use third-party payment processors; we are not responsible for errors caused by those services but will work with you to resolve issues.

8) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

  • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, customs clearance, and factors beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of goods to the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier and our support team promptly.


9) Returns & Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy  for eligibility, timelines, and instructions. Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.


10) Subscriptions

  • By enrolling in “Subscribe & Save” or any recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you select until you cancel.

  • You may modify or cancel in your account portal before the next billing date, subject to any cut-off windows stated in the subscription terms.

  • Pricing and product availability may change; we’ll notify you of material changes where required.

  • If a payment fails, we may retry your payment method and/or ask you to update it. We may pause or cancel shipments until payment is successful.

  • Any free trials or introductory offers will convert to paid subscriptions at the disclosed rate unless canceled before the trial ends. Terms for each offer will be presented at sign-up.


11) User Content: Reviews, Comments & Submissions

  • If you post or submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, testimonials, social tags), you grant Sensophore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content in any media, for marketing, analytics, and operational purposes.

  • You represent that you own or control the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe or violate any rights of others, contain unlawful material, or violate these Terms.

  • We may moderate, edit, or remove content at our discretion.










12) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services (including scraping, crawling, or introducing malware).

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.

  • Use any automated means to access the Services without our express written permission.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.


13) Intellectual Property

The Services and all content (including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, trademarks, and packaging designs) are owned by or licensed to Sensophore and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.


14) Third-Party Links & Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control or endorse and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.


15) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. Please review it carefully on our website.



16) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

  • WE DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR RESULTS OF USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR CONTENT IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.


17) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • IN NO EVENT SHALL SENSOPHORE OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SENSOPHORE FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.


18) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sensophore and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.


19) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute not subject to arbitration (if applicable) shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the United States of America, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.



20) SMS, Email & Marketing Communications 

By providing your contact details, you may receive transactional messages related to your orders and account. With your consent, you may also receive promotional emails or texts. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time (e.g., via unsubscribe links or replying STOP to SMS). Message and data rates may apply.


21) Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, labor disputes, war, terrorism, epidemics, supply-chain disruptions, or failures of third-party providers.


22) Changes to the Services & to These Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to the site with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


23) Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, or by operation of law.


24) Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sensophore regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
